In lieu of a trivial introduction, we have decided to let the artist himself to speak, in his own way and with his own voice, about an important part of his life and his work: for the drawings he has created to illustrate Nikos Kazantzakis' "Odyssey", as well as for his relationship with the great writer. He is also speaking about his own long Odyssey and his Ithaki.

The original sound documents are from two interviews of Nikos Hadjikyriakos - Ghikas with ART TOPOS curator Anna hatziyannakis in 1988 and 1990.
