Kyriakos Koutsomallis

Born in Athens, 1943.

He studied History and History of Art at the Sorbonne University in Paris. He continued post-graduate studies at the same university and he received DEA and PhD diplomas in both. Since 1972 he has been working for the Vassilis and Eliza Goulandris Foundation. Since 1986 he has been the director of both, the Foundation and the Modern Art Museum of Andros. From time to time he writes articles for "Vima" newspaper and has also published many papers on contemporary art.

He has organized the following exhibitions:

• 1986: Graduate students of the Fine Arts School of Athens, Costas Paniaras exhibition, Christos Sarakatsianos exhibition, Ceramics of Maria-Clara Lefkaki.
